From you can take:

FAST TRAIN, named , to Roma Termini railway station. There is a direct connection roughly every 30 minutes and the ticket costs 8,80 Euro. Then follow the instructions from Roma Termini railway station (see below).
TAXI. The cost should be around Euro 65. Take only authorized taxis (white cars with meters and taxi sign). In order to place taxi free-reservations with a Roman Castles taxi organization, which is offering individual and group special fares and services to ESEIW participants, see please Further information at the end of this page.

From you can either take:

to Ciampino railway station (there is a bus roughly every 30 minutes); then take the train to Frascati railway station (there is a direct connection every hour and the trip lasts 12 minutes).

From Roma Termini railway station:

from Roma Termini railway station to Frascati railway station (). The train ride is approximately 30 minutes; a one-way ticket costs 1,65 Euro. Be sure to call hotel reception for having courtesy-van available at Frascati station; alternatively, from Frascati station, the hotels can be reached by taxi with a 5 minute ride.

From the conference hotels:

A conference shuttle will be available. From the conference hotel Villa Vecchia, Villa Mondragone can also be reached on foot.

Be sure to call hotel reception for having courtesy-van available at Frascati station; alternatively, from Frascati station, Villa Mondragone can be reached by taxi with a 10 minute ride.

From downtown Roma:

We recommend to reach Termini railway station and then follow the istructions above. Alternatively, take the underground Linea A to the final stop Anagnina (ticket 0,77 Euro). At the Anagnina station, follow the sign "Partenza autolinee extraurbane". Take a blue CO.TRA.L. bus direction (ticket 2,00 Euro) and ask the driver to stop at Villa Vecchia Hotel.

By car:

From highway A1 Milano - Napoli or from highway A24 Roma - L'Aquila/Pescara: follow direction Roma Sud, exit Monte Porzio Catone, then follow signs to Villa Mondragone and Hotel Villa Vecchia.
From highway A1 Roma - Napoli: exit Monte Porzio Catone, then follow signs to Villa Mondragone and Hotel Villa Vecchia.
From downtown Roma: take the G.R.A. (Grande Raccordo Anulare, the Roma Beltway) to the highway A1 Roma – Napoli (Exit No. 19). Exit Monte Porzio Catone, then follow signs to Villa Mondragone and Hotel Villa Vecchia.

TAXI. Preferably group and use a taxi to reach ESEIW site or your hotel. The trip lasts around half of a hour (rush hours excluded!). Be sure to use a true taxi (usually white car, with "taxi" lamp, signs and taximeter). Give the driver instruction to reach ESEIW site or hotel at Roman Castles (Frascati, Grottaferrata, Monte Porzio Catone). If you are staying at Villa Grazioli Park Hotel, note that another hotel that names Hotel Villa Grazioli is located elsewhere than Grottaferrata.
