Student registration does not include the conference dinner. Tickets for the conference dinner can be purchased separately in the registration desk during the Symposium.

Registration and accommodation services are provided by Carlson Wagonlit Travel (CWT) through its online registration system. Both services are independent, and it is possible to register without booking a room, a vice-versa. CWT offers discounts in room booking at the conference hotel. However, notice that CWT will charge the room to your credit card inmediately after the reservation is made. Cancellation policy is as follows:

• If cancellation is received before September 10^th the payment will be refunded.
• If cancellation is received between September 10^th and September 17^th, the cost of one night as cancellation expensive will be charge.
• Cancellations received after September 17^th there will be not refund.

Given the above restrictions, tigther than usual hotel cancellation policies, ESEM organization does not enforce using CWT services for booking. Attendants can book any hotel, either directly or using any other travel agency at their convenience.
