Registration fees are the following:

The student registration for ESEM does not include the conference dinner/reception and proceedings. Tickets for the conference dinner/reception can be purchased separately at the registration desk during the Symposium.
Cancellation policy is as follows:
- If the cancellation is received before September 1st, the payment will be refunded, minus 10% service charge.
- If the cancellation is received between September 1st and September 17th, the payment will be refunded, minus 50% service charge.
- For cancellations received after September 17th, there will be no refund.
