The conference will take place in the city of Bolzano-Bozen (Italy), in the main building of the Free University of Bolzano-Bozen. The building offers modern facilities and it is easily reachable as it is located in the city center.

Bolzano-Bozen is located in the Northern part of Italy and is a centre of culture, medieval traditions and an intriguing location in the heart of the Italian Alps.
The surroundings of the city are characterized by ancient castles and astonishing mountains. Three cable cars can take visitors up to nearby mountains. More information about the tourist attractions, museums, events can be found at the local tourist information website.

The bus service inside the city is excellent. A map of different bus lines servicing the city can be found here.
The current timetable can be found here. Tickets can be purchased directly at the bus station, in any tobacco store (shop selling newspapers, stamps, etc..), or even in bakeries. Tickets need to be punched directly on board of the buses.
For participants that come with the family and children, there is the opportunity of using the facilities of the Free University of Bolzano-Bozen by means of the Kidspace Lilliput babysitting service.
